The negotiations fell short. It was only after we received a better price plus trade amount did we consider Morries. We easily could have bought elsewhere. The Costco program was nothandled correctly. Disappointing. Business office was way too slow. Customer shouldn't have to wait so long.Poor communication regarding 3 year 36,000 complimentary service.

We were treated warmly and efficiently while the sales and finance teams hustled between us and their scheduled customers. Received a generous offer on an older, high mileage Sonata. Drove away with wonderful deal on a brand new Tucson. This is my second car purchased at Morrie’s Hyundai. My experience over the years with the service department has also been excellent. Being able to use a loaner vehicle is a game changer! I appreciated the updates from Justin as we waited for parts to arrive and the service to be done. The video of what part had failed and the explanation of why it likely failed was appreciated, as was the car wash when my car was ready to be returned to me. Lastly, I forgot my garage door opener in the loaner car, and Justin grabbed it for me and helped get it back to me promptly.
