Great service and they went out of their way to help with a rental when we figured the work take longer.

I love that they are not pushy, they don’t do a bunch of add on products you didn’t ask for, and give you their best price right from the beginning. They made things way less stressful for me as a car buyer.


Excellent service from beginning to end. They were very helpful in getting me in for service in a reasonable timeframe, provided me with transportation to my home and back while my vehicle was being serviced, and made sure my vehicle was properly serviced and cared for.

Kareem did a great job of explaining how my heating system on my Ioniq is basically a space heater and that I need to do a climate start before I drive the car or I may not have heat in the car for at least 20 minutes on really cold Minnesota days.

Financing portion of transaction took WAY too long. We communicated that time was limited, but felt that request was ignored. We expressed a preference for paying cash, so it was very unreasonable. Dealing with Cezanne Martin was a joy, and she did her best to extract us from the financing piece of the deal.
