Great customer service
Communication needs improvement. I asked about the length of time needed for the repair and was not given an answer. When calling to get a status update, I sent two unanswered e-mails and placed 6 calls; 5 went to voice mail and one CSA said he would send an e-mail to the service team. The last voice mail was to the GM, who passed it to my service advisor. At that time, I was told that waiting on-site for my car (1.5 hours) is much faster than dropping it off (4 hours). The service itself was fine.
As usual great service. Morries is the best dealership for service in my 60 years of owning automobiles. Look no further, go to Morries.
Oil change at any dealer would by default do 21 point inspection and provide a document for the same. Here at Morries they seem to have not following this . I was shocked for the 1st time to see this at a dealer service . Hope that’s what they do at the service interval.

Service Department did fine. I'm not happy with Hyundai, they have a recall for a trailer wiring harness replacement. Was notified of the issue 4 months ago, parts are still not available. Instead of replacing the harness as I was notified of in the recall, service removed the harness leaving me with a vehicle that did not have working trailer lights. The removal was not identified before being performed. Trailer lights are critical to my use for the vehicle and had them reinstall the harness.
While I am thrilled with my new vehicle, my positive experience began long before I stepped onto the lot.
In my search for the perfect vehicle, I consulted with dealerships across several states, closer to home in Duluth, and throughout the Twin Cities. After weeks of research, I narrowed my search to seven vehicles and planned to make a purchase on May 2. So far - very good experience with the sales rep, his manager, and the finance officer - one negative surprise after the purchase is the car does NOT linking capability with garage door openers

I received excellent service from Aidan. He assisted me to purchase my vehicle remotely as I was unable to travel to the dealership. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the vehicle I needed and was consistently helpful throughout the process.
Nightmare from day 1 - wrong VIN on purchase; financing a total mess. No one at dealer or Hyundai could get info correct. Finally just wrote a check for vehicle to be done with dealer. Battery went dead 4 times. Now dealer screwed up having me come in for 3 oil changes (19 miles RT each time) that was not necessary. Hyundai USA wants me to select a different dealer. Girl friend and I bought brand new Tucsons at the same time. This review is just the tip of the iceberg. Your mileage may vary, but I’m done with this dealer!

The salesperson Luke was soft spoken and respectful. The financing process was painless and much faster than any other car buying experience I’ve ever had. My only complaint, is that I expected the tank to be full when I pulled off and that a little more car be taken in cleaning the interior.

Had a battery replaced. Discovered - after starting issues - that there was a flattened copper penny jammed into the positive terminal as a shim. Seriously? NOBODY saw that as a necessary fix? TERRIBLE attention to detail. If this is what is happening there, then avoid this place like the plague. Red flag if they can't even replace a battery properly.
I was happy until Brad the sales manager didn't respond to a couple questions I had. He was happy to email till I bought the car and after that he would not respond. I am disappointed.
Perfectly adequate service department. I just wish the technicians did not turn my headlights from “Auto” to “Off” or at least returned them to their original position. Have been pulled over for no headlights because of this.
Purchased a certified used hyundai end of January. Two certified letters and several emails with no response requesting CUV warranty information, a copy of the 173 point inspection, Carfax, and blue link enrollment information. All should have been provided at time of purchase. Their major push was to get me to buy an additional warranty that I didn't need for several thousand dollars. Once you make the purchase and leave the dealership, they will not respond to any requests. Next step is to make a special trip to the dealership.

We had our Sonata in for routine oil change and maintenance. My husband left them with instructions to contact his cell number with any questions and when the vehicle was ready. They texted me instead, sending the in-progress video link to my cell stating they would notify me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. They never notified either of us. We picked it up at the end of the day. I happened to check my email later that night and saw they emailed me recommending we change the air and cabin filters (click yes or no).

It was anther disappointing experience with slow and incomplete service. Told upon checking in that it would be 90 minutes but did not get any updates until 2 hours after checking in. At check in, asked that they replace front license plate holder, which did not happen.
They were great to work with. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely go back.
Able to get my vehicle in quick and replace the transmission and routine maintenance within a timely manner. There was a little wait for a loaner but have limited supply. Would return for service work.

After having my Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV in the shop for almost a month for a known issue, Hyundai refused to reimburse me for gas I had to put in my loaner vehicle along with prorated reimbursement on my lease, even though I was informed at the time I dropped my vehicle off that I was be reimbursed for both. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Customer Care trying to sort it out, which the agent I spoke with assured me would be no problem, and then Hyundai denied my claim.

First service customer visit in over a decade. Service was adequate, although a Saturday vehicle pick up once service completed was too long..25-30 minutes. I would not hesitate to use Morrie’s service again.
