I had a great experience buying a pre-owned Hyundai Palisade from Ryan Becker. I had emailed earlier in the week asking if the car was still available and he kept in touch with me until Saturday when I could get there from a couple hundred miles away to test drive it. Very friendly but usually I get my car washed and vacuumed when I get an oil change. I guess that doesn’t happen any longer because it’s under that fee benefit

I had selected a vehicle and agreed on the price via internet and phone, had an appointment set to trade my vehicle and complete the deal. They offered my a reasonable trade in value. Everything went smoothly. My only issue is that it took 2.5 hours once I arrived at the dealership to drive off in the new car. The process was always moving along, just not quickly.

It’s been a great experience working with Morrie’s Hyundai. AJ and Anit helped us through the whole process. They were knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and, they taylored to our needs. AJ took a time to give us a step by step overview and setting our first electric car. They even called us to check in on a few days later to verify how we were doing with our new Ioniq 6! We’re really impressed with the service and the attention received.
I was able to book my service appointment (general maintenance oil change) for the very next day which is great considering where I live in Duluth,MN it takes me at least a month to book an oil change. I arrived and a shuttle took me home and Picked me back up after my vehicle was completed. I had a bonus surprise that my vehicle was washed and vacuumed. All around great service. I will try to get my maintenance done at this store when I am in the cities from now on.

This was the best sales experience I've had at a dealership. Our sales rep Morgan was genuine and friendly without being pushy and the finance guy was efficient and cordial. Also Paris, the service advisor was very cool and concerned that everything was done right. They all REALLY knew their stuff. We recently met Cody when we went to the Morries dealership to test drive a Hyundai. We called ahead and Cody had the car up front and ready for us. He immediately greeted us as we entered the dealership with a warm welcome and was fantastic to work with. Cody was a wealth of information on the various car models and we absolutely would recommend working with him.
Morgan was very helpful explaining everything so we had no surprises. Matt in Finance found us a good interest rate. They were not pushy trying to get use to do the add on's. Whole thing took just 3 hours and we had a nice car.
