Buying our new car was easy and so friendly. Trade-in was easy and fair. Thomas, our sales person is very comfortable to work with, as were each of the staff members we met. Paper work always takes longer than you want, but they went out of their way to make it fast, easy and clear, as well as making sure that the car set-up was done at the same time. Thomas took all the time we needed to explain features and set up the BlueLink, etc. for us. All of our questions (to each staff person) were answered patiently and clearly. We highly recommend this dealership!

Gave me want I wanted, and with patience and a smile
I was needing a car...I told them I had other vehicles from elsewhere on the top of my list (which was true) and it would come down to who was able to give me the most items on the wish-list for the monthly amount I budgeted. At the end of three hours...of test driving, questions, and working with finance...I walked out of there ON BUDGET with a loaded 2016 Tuscon (one owner, no accident, low mileage) including an extended ten year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. It has a small dent on the hood, they are removing it. Sticker price on the physical car did not match the online price by a couple grand....they honored the difference. I need a hitch and they are scheduled to add it AND I couldn't get there the next day to pick it up (it was closing time so no time to prep it for me to take home) so Thomas DELIVERED it to my house so it was there when I got back from work.. These guys really listened and really worked with me...all while I was trying to keep my four year old at bay. Top notch. First time I ever left a dealership buying experience where I didn't feel some buyer's remorse. Thanks, Guys!

My experience was OK.
Thomas was helpful and attentive and I loved his energy. He was also honest and direct which I appreciate. The process took a very long time, so that was not enjoyable(3 hours). The most negative part for me was the aggressive sales on an additional warranty. I had to say no to two employees at least 10 times as these warranties benefit everyone but the car buyer. If I were to purchase from Morrie’s again I will be direct from the start that no should mean no and I’m not interested in the warranty routine that I will admit is well choreographed.

Satisfied with dealer
Update:part was covered under manufacturer warranty. Would have preferred not to have dealt with the issue, but it was resolved appropriately. Satisfied with purchase Bought a used BMW from this dealer and 1 week after purchase I began having issues with switching between driving modes. I set up an service appointment with the dealer and they informed me since they didn’t have the same equipment an authorized BMW dealer has, they couldn’t find my problem and to bring it to a BMW service center. Not only is this inconvenient for me, as the buyer, but morries didn’t even suggest they would pay for an external diagnosis. I’m still within the exchange policy, yet the GM hasn’t returned my calls and/or emails regarding the issue. Additionally-my trade in loan hasn’t been paid off yet. Since it’s beyond the 10 day threshold-I will end up paying an additional amount to my previous loan company.

Making a painful experience ok
Thomas (sales) and Ryan (the money guy) treats Carol and me really well. Buying a car (and trading one in) results in a rather lengthy paper trail. These guys know what they are doing, and the pain normally associated with buying a car went away. We ended up with a package of paper and manuals, and now I have to learn about the myriad of new things on the new car. I don't think the "buy a car" experience could be any better.

2018 Hyundai Sonata

Knowledgeable Salesman a Great Help!
We were really on the fence about a Hyundai Tuscon or a Jeep Compass, especially because there was a great deal on the 2018 compass. What really helped make a decision was that our salesman, Thomas, showed us all the features of the Tuscon. The Jeep salesman made no attempt to tell us why to buy the Jeep except that he was selling it. Thomas was not pushy but answered our questions. The only negative we would have is that the "Buy Happy" purchase was just assumed by the dealership. It was put on a document but not pointed out to us until we mentioned it. The website says car washes are free for lifetime with no tricks, but they actually cost $90. The dealer should fix the way that incentive is advertised and should not assume everyone wants it. Be very up front. Other than that, we were VERY torn about which car to buy and Thomas helped make the sale for sure.

Thomas was professional dealing with, nice, pleasant and helpful. No negotiating is a nice aspect of your dealership, but thought there was room to negotiate on this 2018 new vehicle. Looking forward to working with your service dept in the future and hoping for quality service and experience.

The sales department was great. There were no high pressure sales and appeared to have very transparent communication. The experience took a little longer than hoped but we got the vehicle we wanted at a price that couldn't be beat. Anthony and Thomas we're outstanding. I'm glad I drove 2 hours to do business with them!!! I will be back again!

Great staff to work with.
I started by reaching out to Morrie's on the internet then was transferred to someone in house. After that I set up an appointment and showed up and was given the privilege to work with Thomas on my sale. The test drive was great he showed me many things I didn't even know about the car. After a few hours we had all the paperwork done and the next day I came back with a check. They worked with me on my trade in to help me with my financing. I know I bought the right car and the right group of people helped me finalize this sale and send me home a happy camper.

Fast & Helpful
After I found the vehicle that suited me, I was put in contact with Thomas. He was very helpful in answering all my questions, and was even able to start the credit check process before I even stepped foot in the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership Thomas knew I was on a time crunch the morning that I came in to do a final test drive and sign the lease papers. He had the car ready for me to take out when I arrived, and the papers pretty much ready for me to sign and drive away. I would highly suggest working with Thomas when purchasing or leasing your next car.

Friendly and patient across the board. Anthony was extremely helpful and thorough, without applying the stereotypical hard sell approach often associated with car salespeople. Quick and lots of vehicle info
We had our 2010 Mazda destroyed while parked And totalled.i found this 2011 Mazda 6 grouting and we went to buy it. The approval process was very fast for us. Car home in 2 hours or less. When I got home I noticed the price was $500 less then we paid. I called and they honored the price right away Thank you Anthony fir the awesome service and professional handling of this experience.

I applied online almost 9 months ago but never followed up on any of the emails or phone calls. Only because I felt like I couldn’t get a car. I felt like I wasn’t qualified enough to purchase a car from a good dealership. But most later which was Saturday 10/26/19. I got out my bed and decided to visit the dealership. I was asked have I ever been seen before , I replied no but mention receiving emails from a agent named that started with a A. Next thing I know I was greeted but A” well known as Anthony. He asked questions about what I was looking for.... I mention a used car under 10K . He looked at me and said what if I can put you in a new car. I mention I can’t get a new car. He said hang tight. After collaborating for about 1:30 mins . I left with my new 2019 Hyundai Elentra fresh out the building. Best part about it when Anthony showed me how to operate my iPhone with my car to have hands off.

Mediocre follow up!!
Follow up is terrible when confronted with tough issues. Test drove vehicle with sales person and had a clear vibration on low speeds which the sales person acknowledged. Service manager blamed tires for it without taking a look. This was a CPO vehicle and they claimed it would go away once tires warmed up. vibration on tires. CPO clearly means nothing. Sales person said they lost money on the deal and they can’t dedicate other resources on the issue on a vehicle that has 28K miles and still under factory warranty.

Overall experience was good. The closing was such a pain and even after I called to explain we were in a hurry, it still took over an hour. If the extra protection is so great, why isn't already added to the purchase price? If not, why is the customer questioned 20 times about declining everything? I hate the signing process and wish it could go electronic like getting a loan.

The sales manager set me up with the right Sales Consultant. Rapport was easy and that matters to me. Together we discussed my options and decided on the right option for me at the time. I purchased a Kia Forte via TrueCar from Morrie’s Hyundai. It took 5 hours from arrival to driving away with the car because it had recently arrived and not gone through detailing. Paperwork was more than I was accustomed to since I was paying cash, and the company would not accept my out of state personal check, but they did take my credit card. I would recommend that the company policy allow out of state personal checks if the buyer’s credit score measures up. Anthony was a very friendly and helpful salesperson.

I loved Anthony. He truly wanted me to have a great experience and took time to teach me everything about the car. Since it is a no haggle store I was surprised that I was haggled by the finance guys trying to get me to buy extended warranties etc. By talking to Anthony I thought I was buying a great quality car but the finance people led me to believe it will all fall apart by 60,000 miles and i would be sorry when the warranty wears out. It really ruined my exciting experience of finally getting a new car.
