I wish I was not writing this but I have never left a Morries dealership feeling so used. This dealership's management is very sly. Josh was a great salesperson but Liz, the used car manager and the Financial Specialist, whose name is not listed as an option, are the definite term of unprofessional and sneaky. If you want to buy a Hyundai, (as a long time Morries customer) I would stay away from this franchise, unless you want to go into business with them. If you do, be sure to get everything written on paper and ensure accuracy. We spent so much time reading paperwork only to not get the lease payoff in writing. After talks with them, they still won't honor their word. Will never go back and will discourage people from buying from this dealership.

This is the 3rd Hyundai we have bought from you, and everyone has been fabulous!!!!!! Josh was very helpful, and got just the car that I wanted. He brought the car to the house, and took the trade in which helped immensely. We also went to the Honda dealership that day, and the sales guy there was a jerk, so we came back to Josh. I brought my previous car in to get checked over before my son got it, and Chadd was great, quick, and to the point.

The dealership was very pleasant to work with. I wasn't sure what kind of car I planned on buying and they didn't out a lot of pressure on me. The staff was very nice and the sales person walked me through all the features while I was looking at the car and then did a full review before I drove off after buying the car.

Maintainance service and look at new Genesis G90

Joe Rys did a great job showing the new G90 and inviting me to take a test drive. I only needed a short drive as I have a 2017 G90. He heard that I needed to go from there to Inver Grove for maintenance that I had scheduled there and offered to do the maintenance with you which saved me a tough navigation across town. We spent quite a long time discussing the new G90 and Joe was helpful there as I had never even seen one. your facility was great.

Joe was incredibly helpful in helping me navigate buying my first new car. He wasn’t pushy like you typically expect from car salesman, he seemed to genuinely care about getting me the right car for the right price. They were willing to be very flexible with some things to make it all work out, and I’m very thankful. Only complaint (and I know every dealership does this) they really should disclose and go through the additional packages for protection with you before you start signing paperwork. 10 minutes is not enough time to decide about adding 2-5k onto a new car, especially when many of the options have to be included at the time of purchase. All in all satisfied with the service, and beyond satisfied with the product. Thank you Morrie’s 394 Hyundai!

Great Service

Bought a vehicle from Darian and Cavan online. I live out of state (Texas). They made everything right the first time. Flew in the night before, Darian picked me up from hotel and brought me to the dealership. They knew I had a long drive home and they took care of everything before I got to the dealer. Only had to sign a couple of documents and done. Thank you for valuing my time and for the service. I am very happy with my purchase.

Honest Customer Service and Great Value

My wife and I have both purchased cars from Morrie's 394 Hyundai, and we're likely to come back for our next vehicles. As we searched for my wife's car, our sales representative (Will) listened to understand what was important to us and helped us see and test-drive the vehicles that met our criteria. Value was a big driver for us, and all of the staff (Will, Peter, and Cavan) helped make that a priority as we compared vehicles and financing options. Not once did we feel pressure to purchase a car from their dealership or upgrade to a higher trim level. After months of researching vehicles online, we ended up driving away in a vehicle that exceeded our expectations in terms of value.

Buying my first Hyundai

I found Morrie’s Hyundai online after researching reliable, durable vehicles. They had an Elantra I was interested in and I drove 175 miles from my home to give it a test drive. Morrie’s was easy to get to, is clean and inviting. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly, and helpful. I bought the car and was on my way home within 2 hours. Definitely worth the drive!

The car is fine but it took 4 and half for the paperwork to be completed and even tho the sales person offered to bring it to my house, he couldn't be bothered after all. Definitely would not go back to this dealership. Morrie's Mazda is much better.
