Not easy to deal with. Wouldn't answer questions. We purchased a used vehicle but still thought we deserved a safety inspection. There was nothing stating we were purchasing it 'as is'. Within a week of having the vehicle, we found several minors things that would have been found in an inspection and one major thing that could have caused an accident. Just beware before purchasing from this dealer.

I am only giving this a one star because 0 is not an option. Do not buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from Morrie's 394 Hyundai yesterday and I need to give other buyers a warning about their policies. The salesperson Devin and Finance Manager were great to work with. I got in my car and loved it. I was told everything runs great and there are no mechanical issues. I relied on their representations as I am not a mechanic. I loved the SUV. I was getting everything setup to drive away and the speakers did not work. I was told to pull into the service bay to see if they could fix them. It was not a quick fix. Then I was told, good news/bad news, Morrie's will fix the issue but it cannot be done until Mid January. Not ideal but OK. I was told to come inside and get a "We Owe You" signed. Went into the sales manager to get the "We Owe You". I was told if they had fixed undisclosed problems they would have sold the car for more implying that they knew about the issue. I was then told that Morrie's does not disclose issues with their cars, unless it makes them unsafe to drive. For example, the transmission could be shot but safe to drive and they would not tell a buyer or fix to the problem before selling the car. Based on the conversation with the sales manager, Peter Bishop, Morrie's normal course of business is to hide problems on cars just long enough to get them off the lot, as long as they are safe to drive. Do not trust anything Peter Bishop says, he would be willing to mislead you to sell a car and make his quota. Do not buy a car from this dealership.

Our experience was not good. Our sales rep clearly had no clue about anything. He “explained” how the process would work, had us sign multiple documents, only to then find out from the manager it was all incorrect. After wasting almost 3 hours, we finally got everything set. However the car still had to be inspected, they promised to call us when it was ready supposedly after one business day. It took 5 days to figure it out. We were transferred to another rep, had to talk to the manager, etc. finally we’re given a date and time to pick the car up, except when we show up no one has any clue about who we are, where the car is, etc. Overall a very frustrating experience.
