Morries auto has taken wonderful care of me and my Elantra. I was rear ended a few months ago and I didn't think about the damaged rear bumper. At my last checkup and oil change they pushed my bumper back into the car and you almost cant see the damage anymore. I didn't notice it that day but the next day I noticed!! It was beautiful!!! Thank you so much for helping me!!😍😍

Service people are nice. Fast. On a high end car...

Service people are nice. Fast. On a high end car (Genesis) they can be frustrating - (a) missing things requiring a trip back and (b) occasionally futz up the car & deny it or put blame on you. for example, they replaced alternator but when I picked it up the battery was dead. They got it started, assured me battery was fine, and said it was because I had left it there for a week. Got home, had to jump it three days straight and took it back. Oh, Bad battery. Really annoying. Another time they screwed up the rotors and after I PROVED it they ate the $500 cost .. then found another $700 in repairs to do. LOL. I knew what they were doing and went ahead with some of the repairs taking advantage of their sudden eye for detail. Love the Genesis, would love a Lexus like service with it. Behavior makes me think the service managers are paid commission and on service turnover... and also have to cover for techs.

For an out of state transaction it was good. Good price...

For an out of state transaction it was good. Good price but should’ve been there in person to see it. Car has been repainted on hood and bumper. Car fax won’t register it since it wasn’t an accident. Either Mories or auction did an average paint job to save money. Small fisheyes in the hood with overspray noticed. Wouldn’t expect the sales rep to distinguish that but GM/auction buyers should disclose that. Car came with some stains on the roof I think from the shipping, hard to get out. Shipping was the most expensive not competitive for that too happen. For a Lexus paint job they chose the cheapest method.

It was a very friendly atmosphere. I loved how clean everything was and that all the staff I encountered wore mask. I worked with Josh Richards, he was amazing and super knowledgeable. He listened to what my needs were and what was within my budget and only showed me vehicles that matched. He was extremely courtesy and respectful. I got a Tucson and I love it. After all the boring paperwork he went over features and settings on the SUV and made sure I understood how everything worked. I've never received that type of service before! My last vehicle I had to figure it on my own. I am EXTREMELY happy! Thank you so much for your help Josh!

A sly dealership? Yes

I wish I was not writing this but I have never left a Morries dealership feeling so used. This dealership's management is very sly. Josh was a great salesperson but Liz, the used car manager and the Financial Specialist, whose name is not listed as an option, are the definite term of unprofessional and sneaky. If you want to buy a Hyundai, (as a long time Morries customer) I would stay away from this franchise, unless you want to go into business with them. If you do, be sure to get everything written on paper and ensure accuracy. We spent so much time reading paperwork only to not get the lease payoff in writing. After talks with them, they still won't honor their word. Will never go back and will discourage people from buying from this dealership.

Seem to have same prices as other dealers, but less amenities. Luther offers a gas and car wash discount card. I felt the buying process took too long, was told price and options were pretty much not negotiable, but then kept getting calls back with lower/better offer after I pushed and said I was going elsewhere. Be upfront as you say you are and don't backdown if you say you can't do something.

You sold me a Hyundai with a broken frame. Then when we...

You sold me a Hyundai with a broken frame. Then when we went to purchase a new car, you sold the car we called ahead about before we got there. Instead of telling us you sold the car, you pretended this other car (with a lower consumer report score and higher gas mileage) was the same car. When you finally got us a good enough car, we had an obnoxiously long wait to pay. We were paying cash. All cash, full amount. I’m fairly certain you just forgot we were sitting there. You would think that, when purchasing a whole xxx car, you’d be aware of how important it is to be upfront and candid. I understand it’s sales, but... c’mon, guys. Do better.
